Wallaceville Research Centre Valuation, Wellington, New Zealand

Opus carried out a study to develop concepts and evaluate associated costs and risks for the establishment of a National Centre for Biosecurity and Infectious Disease at the Wallaceville Animal Research Centre campus in Upper Hutt. The purpose of the study was to provide options for the development of a business case by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (MAF) and Environmental Science and Research (ESR) for the establishment of the National Centre.

Wellington City Council Infrastructure Valuation, New Zealand

Opus has performed comprehensive revaluations and inventories of Wellington City Council’s infrastructure networks and facilities for many years. This has included the roading, water supply, stormwater and sewerage systems, including several large wastewater treatment plants.
