Highway Network and Bridge Management, Gisborne, Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand

This contract is with the New Zealand Transport Agency (formerly Transit New Zealand).  Services provided include routine and planned maintenance contract management, information management, planning and management of physical works, bridge and structures maintenance management.

 

                                                                                   

Main Roads Western Australia Term Road Network Contracts, Western Australia

Opus is providing engineering support consultancy services to Southern Roads Services (formerly RoadCare) for the provision of Road Asset Management services for 4,500km of rural and urban bitumen surfaced pavements. Services to the South West, Wheatbelt South, and Great Southern Regions include annual and 10-year operational road plans developed from visual condition rating, data collection analysis, pavement deterioration modelling and on site treatment verification.

Road Network Revaluation, Joondalup, Western Australia

Opus conducted a revaluation of the City’s road network using the ROMAN database. Services included integration of the inventory and condition dataset, running queries and standard maintenance tools, correcting errors and anomalies, reviewing and updated all unit rates based on typical unit costs for Perth Metropolitan area to obtain replacement costs and written down values for the network.
