City of Swan Bridge and Jetty Inspections, Western Australia

Opus was commissioned by the City of Swan to undertake a visual condition survey (inspection) and report on the overall condition of bridge and jetty structures within the City of Swan. The condition survey is part of the City of Swan’s annual programme of regular inspections that supports the preservation and upkeep of the community’s assets.

Carter Holt Harvey: Asset Management Plan for Kinleith Pulp and Paper Mill, New Zealand

In 2005 Opus prepared an Asset Management Plan (AMP) for the Kinleith pulp and paper mill for the non core assets which included buildings, roads, structures, water and waste water.
