Opus provided civil and structural design for this successful project at 29 H Wandella Road Miranda, New South Wales. This aged care facility comprises of a basement car park and four levels of accommodation for the aged population of the South Shire. To optimise the design Opus used a combination of prestressed slabs with conventional reinforced superstructure.
