Our vision is to listen, inspire, and create buildings that really work
We offer innovative and sustainable solutions through a fully integrated consultancy service covering the complete building lifecycle. Our work has the end-user firmly at its heart with buildings that complement the environments they exist within.
We are a global team of architects, urban designers, engineers, space planners, interior designers, property consultants and project managers. Many of our people are recognised globally as leaders in their fields.
WHAT WE DO
Building on our existing significant capability in Building Information Modelling (BIM), we are now the first company in New Zealand to be awarded BRE's Level 2 BIM certification.
With these internationally recognised requirements around defining what, when and how information should be created, shared and managed, our clients experience ever greater consistency of data, leading to a better economic outcome during the lifecycle of the asset.
BIM's coordinated design process drives greater efficiencies and opportunities for our clients. The virtual building model shows the physical and functional characteristics of a built asset and the shared knowledge resource provides a reliable basis for making decisions during an asset's lifecycle, from earliest conception to demolition across client, design team and contractors.
