Opus is the structural and civil engineering consultant for the residential elements of the Tennyson Riverside Development. The development, on the Tennyson Power Station site, will deliver an international standard tennis facility linked to a fully integrated luxury riverfront residential precinct. Opus has provided the engineering for the first stage of the 385 luxury apartment development. The apartments spread throughout six buildings will be surrounded by extensive public landscaped parklands, bikeways and pathways. Public access to the stretch of Brisbane River along the edge of the development will be made available for the first time.
