Opus conducted an assessment of St Mary’s Anglican Church to determine potential structural and cosmetic problems that could arise during the onset of induced vibrations from the adjacent tunneling activities of the North South Bypass Tunnel. The severity of the potential problems was communicated to the client so they could consider them when planning their method of construction.
