This site has an extreme slope, sensitive environmental constraints, and a spectacular outlook to the west resulting in a stepped house supported on six piers. Dispersing in excess of 300 sq m of living space was challenging but achievable over 3 levels (while keeping under a 8.5 m height limitation). Opus provided a full range of design services for the $1 million development, which included architecture, town planning, and structural, civil and hydraulic engineering.
