Since 2006 Opus has provided professional services to progress the application for a subdivision at Lot 500 Alison Parade, Albany. An environmental assessment report was carried out to identify features and constraints of the land followed by acid sulphate soil preliminary investigation site soil testing. Opus has also provided EPA consultation, compilation of a water management strategy, a wetland management plan and a traffic plan for the proposed site. Opus is continuing to provide environmental consultancy services to the client during the construction phases with the preparation of a weed management plan, revegetation plan and ground and surface water monitoring.
