From 2001 to 2005, Opus was involved in the project management and design of housing for the Indigenous Housing Authority of the Northern Territory (IHANT) across the Central Remote Region of the Northern Territory. The project involved the construction of 81 new houses to standard designs prepared for the Local Regional Council and additional house renovations in various remote communities and outstations across Central Australia.
