The goal of the AMETI Project is to determine the optimal combination of public transport, travel demand management (TDM) and arterial road improvements, in order to serve the eastern suburbs of Auckland and Manukau cities.  The project produced a range of options in costs and trips by all modes of transport to allow the clients to select which combination of public transport, TDM and road improvement options would maximise the potential of the project.
