The team regularly exchanges work with other regions to ensure that service delivery occurs in the shortest possible time and draws on the best expertise for the job. The personal sacrifices made by many of the team’s members that have regularly travelled from other regions to work for extended periods of time in the northern region has been fantastic.
The team has been extremely active in creating standards, processes, and protocols for the consistent delivery of property acquisition services to NZTA nationwide. They have given freely of their information, accepted the valuable inputs of other teams, and invested much effort and energy to ensure that all offices involved in the equivalent contracts in the lower North Island and South Island operate to an equally high and consistent level.
