OPUS ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN DIRECTORS

Opus International Consultants Ltd announced today the appointment of a new Director, Chin Chi Haw, and the resignation of Tan See Yin from the board.

Tan See Yin retires as a non executive director, and Chin Chi Haw is appointed a non executive director of the company with effect from Tuesday 14 July 2009.

Chairman of Opus, Mr Kerry McDonald, thanked Tan See Yin for his valuable contribution to the board and the company during his time on the board, and wished him well for the future.

In announcing the appointment of Chin Chi Haw, Mr McDonald said that Mr Chin will bring valuable skills to the Opus board.

Chin Chi Haw is currently the Group General Manager Corporate Strategy and Business Development with Opus Group Bhd.  He has a Bachelor in Engineering (Civil) and a Master’s in Engineering Science. He is a Member of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia.  Chin Chi Haw has over 25 years experience in transportation infrastructure and built environment projects.  He currently sits on the boards of Opus International (M) Bhd, Opus International (India) Pvt Ltd, and Noi Bai Development Corporation (Vietnam).  He will be a non independent director on the board of Opus International Consultants Ltd.
