Welcome to Other Infrastructure

Opus’ unequalled range of skills and experience means that we are in demand to provide a wide range of professional services to our infrastructure clients. The range and depth of the infrastructure services which we provide are valued by our clients and ensure that they can remain competitive in their markets.

We provide services throughout the lifecycle of infrastructure assets from feasibility studies, through property acquisition, resource management planning, design, operations, compliance, optimisation, maintenance, refurbishment to ultimate renewal and replacement.

We pride ourselves on striving to understand the needs and drivers of our infrastructure clients so that we provide the services they need on time and efficiently. We do this by seamlessly connecting the capability within our “lead technical centres” with our unique local office network to ensure that we can select the best and most innovative solutions and deliver them locally.

Arundel Industrial Estate, Gold Coast, Australia

This project involved the planning, design, tender documentation and contract administration for a 20Ha industrial subdivision off the Gold Coast Highway at Arundel. This ensured that all aspects of the work were defined sufficiently; allowing the Department of State Development to make investment decisions based on reasonably well known development costs for the work. This included considerable input from the traditional owners of the land during the concept development stage of the project.
